Special Order, Custom-Made

We offer custom-made services of ceramic pieces such as teapots, tea bowls, moon jars, vases, and etc, hand-crafted by Korean craftsmen. Kindly note, the 50% deposit made when the order is confirmed is non-refundable. All sales are considered final with no return allowed. 

The Process:

1. Please email us at info@earthenarchive.com with your inquiry regarding a piece/pieces you'd like to have custom-made with:

• • Reference images
    
  • Item descriptions
  • Dimensions
  • Color(s)
    
  • Glaze type (shine or no shine)
  • Shipping address, or city and county at the minimum

2. We will inquire with our studio team made up of Korean ceramists and get back to you with an exact quote (including the shipping fees) and an estimated timeline.

3. We will need your 50% deposit at the time of your order confirmation, which is non-refundable, which is payable via our website, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

4. We will be in touch with you to update you on the process of the order.

5. Once the custom-made pieces are finished and ready, we will share photos of the item(s) and the estimated shipping date. *Should there be any unforeseen delay, we will be sure to keep you updated and try our best to meet the ETA.

6. We will ask you to make the remaining half of the payment prior to shipping.

7. Once the item(s) is/are shipped, we will share tracking information. All packages will require signature upon delivery and will be insured, unless you opt out of the services.

8. Once the items are delivered to you, we will be in touch to inquire your feedback regarding the item(s) and the service we have provided.
