Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping within the U.S.:
Free USPS priority shipping or UPS 3-day select or ground (1-4 business days) within the U.S. for orders on and above $100
We charge a flat rate of $9 (1-5 business days) for orders below $100
International Shipping:
Free priority shipping (1-7 days) for orders above $300
$18 flat rate for priority shipping (1-7 days) for orders above $100
$25 flat rate for shipping (7+ days) for orders below $100
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Kindly note, due to the fragile nature of ceramic pieces, all sales are final.
In the case you receive an item damaged, please email us at info@earthenarchive.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we will issue store credits.
