After each use, wash well and wipe off moisture. With use, the forks may develope patina. To remove the patina, apply a small amount of toothpaste that does not contain granules or salt. As an alternative, apply baking soda with water on a cotton cloth and polish it. Be careful not to polish too much as the silver plating may wear away.
