Beautiful handmade ceramic highstand plates made by a renowned Korean ceramist

Rough black clay makes a beautiful natural texture, and adding characteristics to that, the upper vessel is dipped in the white-clay slip, a technique called Dumbung buncheong (덤벙분청). This is a unique form of pottery to Korea.
