Meet our Japanese Minoyaki Ceramic Gratin Bowl & Plate, hand-crafted by craftsmen at Shinkou Kiln in Japan. They are oven-safe so perfect for baking mac & cheese, gratin and etc. The core value of the kiln is "warmth". Each piece is hancfated carefully with the hope that both the craftsman and the user will holds a pottery piece that still retains the warmth of hands.
