Meet our Kuromoji cocktail picks made from the high-quality bark of Kuromoji tree. Kuromoji (Lindera umbellata) is an aromatic tree endemic to Japan. It has an antimicrobial effect and woody, peppery scent. Kuromoji (くろもじ) means “black letters” in Japanese because of the black patterns that are seen on the branches of the Kuromoji tree.

Kuromoji cocktail pick may warp when it is too dry. In such case, soak it in water for about 10 minutes and gently straighten it with your hands. Additionally, having a bit of moisture on the cocktail pick will prevent Japanese sweets and anko from sticking on the pick.
